Paul Cooke has also been with MWS since 2005 as a key, valued senior engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Responsible for day-to-day business, Paul ensures the operations of MWS runs smoothly so customers continue to get their orders on time.
Mark is one of our original engineers, having started with MWS in 2005. Today Mark is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly department and is one of the best fabricators in the industry. He is now guiding the next generation of welders/fabricators.
Industrial Sytems Manager
Ian manages the delivery of industrial systems from installation and ongoing site support.
Kamil joins the team from Radwag head office in Poland, a highly trained engineer with experience in all Radwag products as a technician and service trainer. Kamil looks after the internal repairs of clients machines.
Krish has been with MWS for over 7 years and is one of our leading calibration engineers. Krish is known for his thoroughness and completion of client work on time, as well as being calm and focused regardless of the situation.
Darren is an experienced weighing scale engineer having been in the industry for over 10 years. He works closely with Krish on calibrations visits and also covers call outs and technical issues on site when required.
Fabricator / Welder
Ross joined the business in January 2017 as a fully qualified fabricator welder, he works within the manufacturing team and his experience and conscientious nature will drive the quality of our products even higher.
Production Team Leader
Paul looks after production and the warehouse. Paul plays a key part in MWS operations.
Jerome completed a three year apprenticeship with MWS in 2018 and is a valuable member of the fabrication team.
Dylan joined MWS in 2016 from Loughborough College and is in his second year of a level 3 NVQ. He has a bright future ahead of him.
