Are you the Engineering Apprentice we need?

This is a full three year apprenticeship with excellent full time prospects. We will provide on the job training at MWS and you will be required to attend college 1 day a week to train in NVQ Diploma Level.

You will be working closely with the production team assembling and testing weighing scales designed by MWS.

This is an exciting opportunity working for a growing Engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of weighing equipment as a beginning to end supply process.

Working as part a dedicated team of engineers you will initially support and shadow team members focusing on different areas of the assembly and production processes. You will learn about mechanical fitting and electrical wiring.

Qualifications required

• A-C in GCSE Maths, English & Science or equivalent.

Future prospects

There is the opportunity of a full time position at the end of the Apprenticeship and a nationally recognised Diploma qualification with the support for further training and qualifications if desired.

Things to consider

Must be able to attend Leicester College up to one day per week with own transport.
