MWS operates from two locations, the head office in Leicester is a 15,000sqft factory with two open plan office spaces large enough to socially distance, and a service centre in the Northeast.

About the Role
The management team have identified a Marketing Manager as pivotal in helping MWS deliver on its ambitious growth plans through strategic marketing of the service and manufacturing business.
The role will own all facets of marketing to B2B clients, the successful candidate will join the senior management team who meet monthly to shape the future of the company and review progress.
The role will be challenging however you will be supported by a knowledgeable sales team and an experienced Managing Director to deliver on the goals of the business and create a long-term strategic marketing plan for MWS.
This is an opportunity for the right person to take full ownership of their role and help elevate the organisation to the next level by creative thinking and strong marketing deliverables.
- Develop and own the marketing strategy starting from a blank page

You will be a resourceful self-starter who has a strong creative streak, you will be experienced in brand strategy and possess the ability to build and adhere to structure for the newly created role.
You will have the ability to manage external suppliers of marketing support, creatives and materials.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role.
We will consider part-time and full-time applications for this role.
