Metal detector and Checkweigher combined in one machine, for small-medium format products with touchscreen display.

The 08T3 integrated compact is the ideal solution for complete production control, in conformity concurrently with MID Directive and BRC standards. The product is first inspected by an MFS metal detector; if no contaminants are detected, the product continues towards the weighing plate, where its weight compliance is checked.

The unit has all the advanced features of the individual components that make it up, thereby ensuring in-depth, as well as thorough, checks.

Extremely limited overall dimensions
Combining a checkweigher and metal detector into a single unit reduces the overall dimensions to a mere 800 mm in length, making this instrument ideal for insertion into production lines where the available space is a critical factor.

Multi-frequency technology
The multi-frequency electronics result in high-level immunity from environmental interferences (dry, humid, cool and frozen) and extremely high sensitivity to all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including stainless metals, thereby guaranteeing top level performances.

Dual System
Weight is measured through a double load cell system. The two cells are positioned to the sides of the weighing plate: this allows the machine to be cleaned more quickly and efficiently than with other configurations, cutting maintenance costs and line downtime. Furthermore, the Dual System ensures extremely high accuracy and repeatability, even at high speeds.

Simple, functional electronics
Centralised digital electronics with alphanumeric display to control the metal detector and checkweigher. Metal detector management is complete with self-check, automatic balancing and tracking functions. Bi-dimensional image digital principle of operation and phase adjustment option. Checkweigher management is complete with a self-calibration device and mobile average function. Stores up to 100 programs and has an RS232 C serial port available. Multi-level password protected access reduces human error to a minimum.

Stable, safe and easily serviced mechanics
The machine consists of a metal detector with its conveyor and a weighing plate. The machine thus composed is supported by a structure in stainless steel tubing that gives stability and speeds up cleaning operations. The machine can be configured for belt stop or equipped with appropriate rejection and reject collection systems. All the models comply with the standard on protection, from IP54 to IP65.
