ATEX pallet truck scales combine a standard hand pallet truck with a built-in electronic weighing system, so you can lift, move, and weigh pallets in a single motion. They’re designed specifically for areas where airborne dust or gases create a risk of explosion, using ATEX-certified components throughout so the truck can be used safely in classified hazardous zones.

Our range covers both higher and lower risk classified areas. Some models are rated for Zones 1 and 21 as well as 2 and 22, giving you protection in the most demanding hazardous environments, while others are built specifically for Zone 2 and 22 applications where the risk profile is lower. The 2GD models are the heavier-duty option, certified for Zones 1 and 21 in addition to 2 and 22, making them suitable for higher-risk classified areas. The 3GD models are built for Zone 2 and 22 environments and often include useful extras such as wireless data transfer to a safe area. Both use ATEX-certified load cells and IP68-rated stainless steel indicators as standard.

Yes, absolutely! For sites where corrosion resistance or hygiene is a priority, such as chemical or pharmaceutical environments, we offer versions built with a complete AISI 304 stainless steel structure, including the pump and fork assembly. These are available in both Zone 1/21 & 2/22 and Zone 2/22 configurations.

Most models in the range offer a standard maximum lifting capacity of 2,000 kg, with special capacities of up to 3,000 kg available on request for certain stainless steel versions. The right capacity for you will depend on the loads you’re handling and the specific model chosen.

Battery life varies by model, with typical autonomy ranging from around 100 to 150 hours of use between charges. Batteries are removable and charged safely outside the hazardous zone, and an optional second battery can be fitted where continuous, round-the-clock use is needed.

Yes, indeed! Certain models in the range support wireless communication to a safe area, allowing weight data to be transferred without needing to bring non-rated devices into the classified zone. This makes recording and monitoring weights simpler and helps keep operations compliant.

As well as accurate weighing as you lift, the range supports practical functions such as zeroing, tare, and net/gross weighing, plus load accumulation for tracking multiple lifts. Settings can be configured via the keyboard, and some versions also support setup from a PC.
