MWS carries out UKAS calibration services to ensure your weighing equipment is tested and calibrated to national standards. The UKAS service we offer gives you the assurance that your equipment is operating at its optimum capability and accuracy.

As we are located in County Durham, our local scale engineers cover the whole of the Northeast region for weighing equipment calibration to traceable standards ISO 9001 and UKAS ISO17025.

We offer a fast response with reasonable rates for all Northeast companies.

• UKAS survey prior to work commencing
• Each scale or balance is cleaned and checked for correct functionality

UKAS Documentation

The MWS UKAS calibration team visits client sites to carry out routine preventative maintenance and traceable calibration. All documentation is produced in electronic PDF format and stored on a Calibration Portal. This ensures clients can easily request or download their own certificates in the event of them being misplaced.
