Role Overview

MWS Ltd is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Executive, in this role, you will not only drive sales of our state-of-the-art weighing scales but also champion service contracts to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate sales leads and opportunities for service contracts, while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Drive revenue by promoting and selling service contracts alongside our range of industrial weighing scales
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our customer base.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on the benefits of our service contracts, aligning solutions with their specific needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our service contracts.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within a B2B context, with experience in service contract sales preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Proven negotiation abilities and a results-driven approach, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of industrial weighing scales or related products/services is advantageous.
