Customers of ATEX products may be aware of some issues with batteries for certain ATEX indicators. We have a solution that replaces the entire indicator with a brand new terminal and battery.

This is an example of work we completed for a chemical manufacturer. We replaced the load cells, indicator and battery, plus we reworked the fabrication and had it bead blasted to give it a brand new look. The cost for this was less than half the price of a new machine.
This solution saved our client over £15,000 across their site, as the ATEX electronics were all new we supplied the units with warranties for 12 months decreasing their cost of ownership.
