The AxChk4 is a real-time vehicle weight monitoring system designed to address the growing need for accurate and efficient weight management in the logistics and delivery industries. It consists of four European-made Dini Argeo weighpads, levellers, two ramps, a Micro 6000 indicator, WeiMon software for data capture, and three large display screens that show the weight of both axles, as well as the gross vehicle weight.
A key component of the AxChk4 is the calculation app built by MWS, which not only provides real-time feedback on both axles as well as the gross vehicle weight, but also eliminates the need for manual calculations. The app displays clear, colour-coded indicators that show whether the axles or vehicle are underweight, close to the maximum weight, or overweight via a traffic light style system. Additionally, MWS has plans to further enhance the app’s functionality, including a new feature that will inform operators of the remaining weight capacity, allowing for even greater operational precision.
