The T34 Silo Mount is a load cell/weighing module combination that provides a legal-for-trade weighing solution for silos, tanks and vessels up to 60,000kg per load cell, especially in remote locations where the risk of lightning strikes is significant. For non-legal-for-trade applications this model is model is available up to 1,000,000kg (1000 tonnes) per load cell.
The T34 stainless steel load cell is a compression canister with a self-centring rocker column design. Its fully welded and hermetically sealed construction provides protection to IP68/IP69K, with integral lighting protection as standard. It has OIML C4 approval up to 60,000kg. Excellent accuracy and repeatability is assured.
For applications in hazardous areas, the T34 load cell has ATEX approval for all zones. Its special certification allows use in dust zones 20, 21 or 22 with no need for safety barriers – which saves our customers a large sum of money.
