Additional Info

TPWI “PRO” is a stainless-steel pallet truck scale for environments where washdown, splashes, and corrosion are part of the routine. In a food plant that hoses down at shift end, or a chemical store where minor spills get cleaned quickly, a painted pallet truck tends to chip, creep with rust, and become a hygiene headache. TPWI “PRO” uses a thick AISI 304 stainless structure so you can handle pallets and still keep the equipment clean.

On the floor it works like the pallet truck your team already knows: slide the low-profile forks under the pallet, lift, move, and read the weight on the handle-mounted indicator. That “lift once” workflow is the real win. Checking inbound goods at the dock, staging ingredients for batching, or confirming finished goods before despatch becomes a single pass in the aisle instead of a detour to a fixed floor scale.

Standard maximum capacity is 2,000 kg, with special versions available up to 3,000 kg on request. For internal process control you can work at fine resolution (down to 0.2 kg depending on calibration), while trade-approved configurations support 0.5/1 kg resolutions. Accuracy is stated for a distributed load on a Europallet, which reflects how pallets are actually carried. Each unit is manufactured, calibrated, and adjusted in Italy using certified sample weights and supplied with a calibration certificate.

The weighing system uses four IP68 stainless-steel load cells. The indicator is housed in a stainless, IP65 case that is easy to wipe down. A large high-contrast LCD stays readable in low light, and a sealed 17-key membrane keyboard supports fast operation. Operators can switch modes directly, including: net/gross, weight totalising, piece counting, percentage weighing, batching with a programmable target, formulising, hold, and quick checkweigh with target/threshold entry. Unit conversion is built in (lb/kg plus a free conversion factor for custom counters).

Mechanically, the details are tuned for daily handling. Fork height is only 85 mm with a typical fork size of 1180 × 550 mm; the lift range runs from 85 to 205 mm for smooth pickup and placement. Closed fork covers add protection around the double load wheels. Nylon guide wheels and polyurethane-coated rollers improve manoeuvrability on wet floors and dock plates. The stainless lifting pump provides controlled lowering, and an optional stainless parking brake adds stability on slopes.

Power comes from an internal rechargeable battery with approximately 50 hours of autonomy. Charging takes about 8 hours using a 230 Vac charger, with common plug standards supported. Two RS232/C ports allow connection to an optional IP65 thermal printer, a PC, a radio modem, or a handheld terminal; Wi-Fi and 2.4 GHz radio options are available for wireless integration.

If your pallets are non-standard, TPWI “PRO” can be built with fork lengths from 800 to 2200 mm and widths from 400 to 900 mm (trade-approved dimensional limits apply). Maintenance is simplified because there is no junction box—individual load cell adjustment is carried out from the keyboard, helping you get back into service quickly. It is simple to service.
