WPL6000 – Weigh Price Labelling – WeighLogic

The industrial price-computing and labelling application program is available for Micro 6000 indicators.

It combines fast operational weighing with structured article, customer, and tare databases, enabling accurate amount calculation, robust traceability labelling, and flexible totalisation—particularly well-suited to food production and packing environments.

Linked to our WeighLogic Traceability software that enables reports to be generated and exported.

Databases and operator efficiency

WPL6000 provides structured selection and recall to reduce keying errors and speed up throughput:

• Articles database (up to 1000) with multiple alphanumeric descriptions, EAN code, linked tare, price, date fields, and additional linkable elements

• Customers database (up to 200) with multi-line alphanumeric descriptions

• Tares database (up to 300) with operational lock/unlock controls

• Fast selection of Article / Customer / Tare via barcode reader (keyboard emulation)

• 15 configurable ID text fields (32 characters each) for data such as lot ID, operator ID, shift, etc.

Totalisation and reporting

• Horizontal totalisation (e.g., by lots) and vertical totalisation (e.g., by formulation), manual or automatic, including discharge of weight and amount

• Four independent total levels, each zeroable and printable: partial, general, grand total, and total by article

• Prints the last 50 weighments and can print the product database with product weight data

Labelling and printouts

WPL6000 supports high flexibility for label/ticket output:

• 30 programmable print formats, linkable to different functions (e.g., totalisation, totals by article)

• Each format can include up to 2048 positions, combining ASCII elements and preconfigured data blocks (e.g., product description, EAN, progressive numbers, gross/tare/net, totals, date/time)

• Print format programming can be done from the indicator keyboard or via PC tooling

Connectivity and workflow extensions

• Multifunction weight repeater mode: receives and displays weight from an external scale/device over serial, and can use received data in available functions

• Selection and automation-friendly workflows using barcode input (keyboard emulation)

• On-screen selection of which data to visualise on the graphic LCD, and configurable keyboard functions aligned to your SOPs

Compliance and suitability

• CE-M approvable (OIML R-76 / EN 45501) for applicable indicator configurations and jurisdictions

• Particularly suitable for the food industry due to traceability-oriented labelling and article management
