Furthermore, across 44 meticulously designed production lines, the facility churns out an astonishing 277 million packs of fresh food products annually, solidifying its status as the UK’s largest fresh food factory.

Fuelled by a commitment to continuous improvement, Morrisons has made substantial investments in enhancing its manufacturing capabilities. 

Recent injections of £6.6 million in cheese automation technology and a further £7 million earmarked for new sausage lines underscore the supermarket chain’s unwavering dedication to efficiency, innovation, and quality assurance.
